as celebrity t-v chef guy fieri showed up. he was there to testify against this teenager. who is accused of stealing his lamborghini. max wade is also accused of attempted murder. kron 4's j.r. stone was in court and has the story. celebrity food network host guy fieri talking about his quick court appearance as he testified against this man. max wade.the suspect prosecutors say stole fieri's 200- thousand dollar lamborghini in 2011. sot in fact prosecutors argue that wade stole the car partially because he wanted to impress a girl he was interested in. the prosecution says it was a quote, "mission impossible" type of theftthe kind you only see in the movies. fieri says he couldn't believe the news. sot in fact the prosecution argues that wade eventually tried to kill the girl he was interested in and the young man she was dating. as for fieri's car, he did have insurance on it and when it was recovered the insurance company was given the car. upsetting news to his son. sot j.r. live as for the actual case. closing arguments were finished up on monday. jurors will get the case on tuesday and decide on numerous charges against max wade. j.r. stone kron 4 news.

>> in menlo park. this is the woman police say was driving drunk when she hit and killed two pedestrians early friday. 54-year-old marjorie reitzell of redwood city, is charged with two felony counts of manslaughter and two counts of felony driving under the influence. she's still getting medical care - and was not in court for her arraignment monday. prosecutors say her blood- alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. >> we know that from the context of the people out and that what we found in the car and we have a preliminary blood alcohol level. .15 it was well over that amount. we will still get the exact amount and in this mine is not an issue in this case >> there's a memorial near the scene of the accident. the couple killed are 50- year-old balbir singh and his wife, 45-year-old kamal singh, both of menlo park. if convicted, reitzell faces up to 15 years in prison.

on what lynne spalding was wearing when her body was found in the stairwell at san francisco general. the attorney for lynne spalding's family says the 57-year old mother of two. was not wearing a hospital gown when officials found her body. but instead she was dressed in her own clothes and her purse was near her body. her cellphone was left in her room on her bed. missing posters the family put up near the hospital say she was last seen wearing blue jeans, black boots and a black sweatshirt with the words "san francisco pow-wow" embroidered on it. it is unclear now if that is what she was wearing at the time of her death. but family's attorney's is sure that spalding never left the hospital alive. have they done it the search the right time the first time. you would have thought that they would have found her. she did not leave hospital and come back and that stairwell. she was in the stairwell. >> - the investigation into the discovery of a woman's body in a stairwell at san francisco general.

it created an unexpected spectacle in central colorado.in fact police were called out for crowd control! and you won't believe what all the fuss was about. yes. it's a moose!. on the loose.in parker, colorado monday. it was just minding its own business. but once word got around that a moose was hanging out in a field near a neighborhood. a crowd started to gather. residents showed up to take pictures. mothers brought their children. the animal attracted such a large crowd. police were called out to direct foot traffic. the moose eventually wandered right back into the wild. where it came from. people.if you do cross paths with a moose.keep your don't rub a pregnant woman's tummy without her consent or you could be in big trouble.
